After reviewing my initial order, Ben French contacted me with a few suggestions and clarified some points. Excellent customer service that I have never received elsewhere! Then the pickup arrived and, I can honestly say, it's the most beautiful pup I have ever seen.

I love the subtly rounded corners to the black cover I wanted and the solid construction and hefty weight reassured me that I was holding something of real quality, crafted with real dedication and love. And let's not ignore the superb packaging; beermat, sticker, pick and strings! Simply excellent! You guys are the best and I will look nowhere else for pickups in future.
